Lỗi khi cài adobe premiere pro cs3

Khi tôi chạy file setup.exe để cài đặt thì xuất hiện cửa sổ, có nội dung như sau: Setup has encountered an error and cannot continue. Tôi đã start Windows installer trong services.msc nhưng vẫn không cài được. Vậy tôi phải làm gì để có thể cài được adobe pp3, và nỗi này là do đâu
