SERVICE ENGINEER

Responsibilities
The candidate should possess sound technical knowledge in material handling equipment and/or relevant experience in related industries. A good understanding of business and market knowledge will be an added bonus.
• Provides comprehensive range of after-sales services to a target goup of customers
• markets and executes preventive maintenance contracts
• responds to service calls and provide trouble-shooting and repair services
• identify spare-parts requirement and recommends integrated solutions
• ensures high level of customer satisfaction
• Leads a team of technicians and customer service executives for the day-to-day service operations.
• organises and schedules service technicians to meet customer requirements
• provides specialised expertise to team in diagnosing and trouble-shooting technical issues
• ensures on-going development of service technicians through on-the-job training
• Is a key player in the company's service value chain, working in close cooperation with other departments.

Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechantronic Engineering
• Minimum 2 years working experience for degree holders with relevant experience in repair and maintenance of electromechanical equipment or
• Minimum 4 years working experience for diploma holders with relevant experience in repair and maintenance of electromechanical equipment
