Hỏi về windown media player ?

Mình dùng wm10. Vừa nãy khi mở thấy xuất hiện bảng báo lỗi "an internal application error has occurred".Mình cài lại bản 9 hoặc 11 đều lỗi thế. Các pro giúp với.

Microsoft đã hướng dẫn cách này, bạn làm theo nhé:

    2. Click the earlier version of Windows Media Player, and then click Remove.
  2. Reregister the Jscript.dll component. To do this, follow these steps:
    1. Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.
    2. At the command prompt, type regsvr32 /u jscript.dll, press ENTER, and then click OK.
    3. At the command prompt, type regsvr32 jscript.dll, press ENTER, and then click OK.
    4. Restart the computer, and then test the issue that is described in the "Symptoms" section. If you still receive the error message, go to step 3.

Lỗi này là do bạn cập nhật windows, cách sửa lỗi như sau:

Tái đăng ký tập tin thư viện động Jscript.dll bằng cách: Vào Start - Run, gõ cmd rồi OK. Hộp thoại Command xuất hiện, gõ regsvr32 /u jscript.dll rồi nhấn Enter, sau đó nhấn OK để gỡ bỏ đăng ký. Tiếp theo, tái đăng ký trong hộp thoại command bằng câu lệnh regsvr32 jscript.dll nhấn Enter, rồi nhấn OK. Khởi động lại hệ thống và thử xem có hoạt động tốt hay chưa.

Nếu chưa, thì bạn hãy cài lại WMP, tuy nhiên cách này bạn đã làm ko6 được nên hãy làm cách trên nhé.
