Máy bị treo khi vào Winxp ?

Máy của mình chạy winxp, cứ vào win được một lúc thì máy bị treo, màn hình xanh và hiện lên thông báo sau: ************ A problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer.
