The UQ1 series PLC cards allow for automatic communications between the CD5/CD33 series and Q series Mitsubishi PLC. The UQ1 PLC card sets up the CD5/CD33, obtains the measurement data, calculates formulas, and makes logic judgments without the need of ladder logic. The card comes with a control output terminal that operates independently of the PLC sequencer enabling for very fast response times (min.100 micro seconds) Intuitive independent PC software is available.

Sensing modes include glass thickness and mask height measurement. The CD33L Series is available in digital output as well as RS422 serial communications.
