The professional work bench for precise positioning and automatic welding
The AL-T 500 is used when a very precise positioning of the work piece and programmed welding is important.
With the WINLaserNC software (NC-4-axis control) you can fully automate the welding process, i.e. with WINLaserNC, both the movement of the work bench and the laser pulses of the laser device can be controlled by the software.
In addition, the unique User Coordinate System (UCC) function of WINLaserNC eases welding on complex pieces with inclined planes considerably: With this UCC function, you can define the working plane - even if it deviates from the horizontal working plane - whilst remaining well-adjusted to the work piece.
Our work benches
The work bench AL-T – in the variants AL-T Basis and AL-T 500 – was designed especially for our AL laser series. The AL-T allows precise work without the limitations of a working chamber.
The work piece can be moved precisely on four axes (x, y, z with optional- r-axis), either manually with joystick, semi-automatic with preset axis speed, or in fully automatic mode.
The optional rotating axis can be tilted up to 90° and allows welds on cylindrical parts.
