Hiệu suất cảm biến pH của quy trình vượt trội với kỹ thuật đo pHD điện cực khác biệt
Kỹ thuật đã được kiểm chứng tại hiện trường này sử dụng ba điện cực thay vì hai điện cực thường được sử dụng trong các cảm biến pH thông thường. Điện cực quy trình và điện cực tham chiếu đo độ pH một cách khác biệt đối với điện cực nối đất thứ ba. Kết quả cuối cùng là độ chính xác của phép đo vượt trội, giảm điện thế mối nối tham chiếu và loại bỏ các vòng nối đất của cảm biến. Các cảm biến pH quá trình này cung cấp độ tin cậy cao hơn, dẫn đến thời gian ngừng hoạt động và bảo trì ít hơn.

Cầu nối muối độc đáo, có thể thay thế chứa một lượng đệm đặc biệt để kéo dài tuổi thọ làm việc của cảm biến bằng cách bảo vệ điện cực so sánh khỏi các điều kiện quy trình khắc nghiệt. Cầu nối muối chỉ đơn giản là luồn vào phần cuối của cảm biến nếu cần thay thế.
Độ tin cậy với Preamp đóng gói tích hợp
Cấu trúc bao bọc bảo vệ preamp tích hợp của cảm biến khỏi hơi ẩm và độ ẩm, đảm bảo cảm biến hoạt động đáng tin cậy. Tiền khuếch đại trong cảm biến tương tự pHD tạo ra tín hiệu mạnh, cho phép đặt cảm biến cách máy phân tích đến 1000 m (3280 ft.).
Công nghệ cấp bằng sáng chế
