The b maXX 2400 is a mini servo controller for applications below 1 kW.

As a switch cabinet version, the maXX 2400 can be combined with Baumüller disc motors, linear motors or motors of the mini servo controller series DSD 28-36 to form low-output systems.

The b maXX 2400 constitutes the lower end of the converter and controller generation b maXX. This mini servo controller can be installed in a switch cabinet as b maXX 2400. As b maXX 2200 it has been integrated into motors of the DSDI36 and DSMI115 series.

The options for motor control include the following:

• Current control (scan rate 125 µs)
• Speed control (scan rate 250 µs)
• Positional control (scan rate 2 ms)
• Reference voltage output: + 10 V (optional)

b maXX 2400 supports the CANopen field bus and provides the following:

• Digital I/O: 24 V/ 0.5 A; up to 8 In and up to 2 Out
• Analog I/O: ± 10 V; 2 In (10 bit)
