Alcolyzer Beer Analyzing System

Precise beer analysis guarantees the high quality of your beer. The Alcolyzer Beer Analyzing System is a highly accurate beer analysis system which determines the alcohol content of all types of beers, beer mixtures, ciders, etc. The system consists of the DMA 4500 M or DMA 5000 M density meter, the Alcolyzer Beer ME measuring module and the Xsample 122 sample changer. The patented NIR measuring method eliminates the influence of other sample constituents on the alcohol measurement and therefore guarantees highly precise results.

Alcolyzer Spirits M/ME - Alcohol Analysis System

Analyze spirits efficiently and economically in the laboratory and at the production line using the alcohol analysis system Alcolyzer Spirits M/ME. Alcolyzer Spirits M/ME determines the alcohol content (35 to 65 %vol), color, and pH value of alcoholic beverages. In combination with a density meter, the system additionally determines the total extract of the sample.

Use the wine analysis system Alcolyzer Wine M/ME to determine the alcohol content of your wine quickly and easily. When combined with a density meter, Alcolyzer Wine M/ME determines further parameters in a single cycle, e.g. extract content. The patented NIR measuring method eliminates the influence of other sample constituents on the alcohol measurement and therefore guarantees highly precise results.

Digital Ductility Meter: DDA 3

The automatic DDA 3 force-ductility meter offers three procedures to measure bitumen properties:
Ductility or elongation is measured by the distance to which a sample will elongate before breaking.
Elastic recovery is measured by the recoverable strain determined after severing an elongated briquette specimen. This is useful in confirming that a material has been added to the asphalt to provide a significant elastomeric characteristic.
Force-ductility measures tensile properties and the deformation energy.

CO₂ Meter: CarboQC

CarboQC is the precise CO2 meter which allows reliable QC on finished packages as well as highly accurate measurements in the laboratory for product development. It gives you fast, accurate and reliable determination of dissolved carbon dioxide in beverages. When combined with Anton Paar’s PFD filling device, sample is taken directly from the package into the measuring chamber of CarboQC - with no loss of dissolved carbon dioxide during sample transfer. CarboQC for the laboratory provides reliable CO2 results, even out of very small packages.

Modulyzer Prime Class

3+6+5 = Modulyzer: The Prime Class combines robust Anton Paar technology, namely density and refractive index measurement, operated by a sample changer. Depending on the required accuracies, you can choose from 1 of 3 density meters + 1 of 6 refractometers + 1 of 5 sample changers.
The highest level of modularity allows for updates at any time later: you may need density and refractive index results today and develop a need for turbidity results some time in the future. Also the amount of samples to be processed may change over time: this is when you take advantage of an easy upgrade with any of the Plug and Play sample changers.

The Abbemat 200 refractometers provide fast and accurate measurement of refractive index or concentration in all industry branches, from pharmaceuticals, flavors and chemicals to beverages and food. The Abbemat 200 refractometers allow fast and non-destructive refractive index measurements. They are factory-calibrated with official standards from the National Metrology Institute of Germany (PTB, Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt). Refractive index results are accurate to ±0.0001nD.
