ANTISPATTER FOR AUTOMATIC WELDING ROBOTS

Concentrated liquid antispatter to protect welded pieces and the torch from the spatters of welding. Formulated for automatic welding plants, or to be used with an atomizer. 
- Not flammable
- Excellent antispatter
- It does not make any smokes
- To protect the treated parts from oxidation and moisture 
- It allows the successive painting, chrome plating and galvanization treatments 
- It can be diluited in water in any proportion

1.CHEMICAL BASE:

+ Composition:Synthetic oil in water                        .

+ Colour: White emulsion.

+ Viscosity at 25 °C: 30-100 cSt (Brookfield)

+ Resistance to temperature: - 5°C - 200 °C

+ Diluibility in: water in all proportion

+ Not inflammable, not toxic, odourless.

2. APPLICATION

PROTECT 800 is a liquid antispatter used to prevent the adhesion of drosses and drops on the automatic welding.

3. CHARACTERISTICS

PROTECT 800 can be used in closed place environment because it is not flammable.

Thanks to its stable formulation, PROTECT 800 it is used also diluted in water.

It has been developped for preventing the adhesion of the spatters on the nozzle of the automatic robot’s torches.

It can be use also for preventing  the adhesion on the spatters on the pieces to be weld.

It is an high Quality product, with excellent performance in antispatter.

4. DIRECTIONS FOR  USE

Spray with a gun or appling with a brush on  the surface to treat or on the welding guns.

It can be diluited in water until 1 to 10: for robot welders it is advisable to diluite the product 1:1 in water; for application with a pump it is possible to use the product pure or diluited 1:1
