Ideal for detection of transparent material such as bottles, film, glass etc. Utilizes special polarized retro-reflective sensing technology.

DR-Q Series Transparent Object Detection Sensor

Advanced coaxial beam with retro-reflective laser provides the ultimate solution in transparent object detection. The coaxial beam allows for accurate detection because of the one-axis alignment and laser controlled rectangular projection onto the reflector. The detailed functions and simple operations paired with automatic sensitivity controls make the DR-Q Series one of the best transparent object detection sensors on the market.

ZR-Q Series Transparent Object Detection Sensor

Glass and plastic bottles come in various shapes and contours which require testing to determine the best sensor for the application. The Z series is offered in both coaxial and conventional LED light sources to provide a detection solution for any bottle. The compact size of the Z Series allows for installation in tight spaces.

YR-Q Series Transparent Object Detection Sensor

The YR-Q Series provides stable detection of transparent material in an industry standard housing. The 18mm threaded, cylindrical lens provides for easy and quick installation. The sensor comes standard with both NO and NC outputs. The YR-Q has a variety of connector options including M8 and M12 quick disconnects.

SR-Q Series Transparent Object Detection Sensor

Retro-reflective transparent object detection in a compact housing with a 100G shock resistance rating. Works well with PET bottles of any shape and size. The SR-Q Series has high durability to ambient noise such as inverters, electromagnetic fields and static.

Separate amplifier laser sensor with high functionality and modular optics includes diffuse with coaxial optics, 30mm array and line lens retro-reflective laser heads. The amplifier has a digital display with remote teach, full function timers and optional analog output. The retro-reflective laser head with line lens is a recommended solution for web guiding of transparent film. The 30mm array allows for diameter confirmation of target objects.
